We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with in 30 days of receiving your order at ilhenihazem12@gmail.com, including clear photos and your proof of purchase.

Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
This is the only case in which refunds are permitted.


Eligibility for Refund (Defective Items Only)

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be proven defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items reported outside this period will not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, except for personal care and beauty products, which are exempt from returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds under EU law will only apply to eligible items and do not apply to opened or used personal care products.


Refund Processing (Defective Items Only)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund
